Farming, horticulture and forestry
Farmers and growers are usually running a business alongside the physical work. ChatGPT helps the business side: planning, numbers and paperwork, much of it from a phone.

Manufacturing and food processing
Small and mid-sized manufacturers get most from ChatGPT in the office: quoting, purchasing, quality paperwork and analysing production data.

Construction and trades
Tradies and building firms use ChatGPT on the phone as much as at a desk. The wins are quotes, client communication and paperwork done in less time.

Retail and wholesale
For shops and online sellers, ChatGPT is mostly a fast writer and a patient analyst. Descriptions, promotions and sales data all get easier.

Tourism and hospitality
Tourism and hospitality businesses face seasonal peaks, international guests and a lot of repeat questions. ChatGPT handles the words and the translations.

Freight, courier and transport operators use ChatGPT for dispatch paperwork, customer communication and analysing job data.
