What AI means for work in New Zealand

63.6% of employed New Zealanders, about 1,669,000 people, work in desk-based roles: the managers, professionals, admin and sales staff whose tasks AI assistants help with most.

Which plan? For most teams, ChatGPT Business (formerly Team): a shared workspace with admin controls, and business data excluded from training by default. Larger organisations usually need Enterprise.

Is this official OpenAI training?

No. This is independent training from practitioners in TheColab community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI.

Should our staff keep using personal ChatGPT accounts?

Usually not for company work. A Business or Enterprise workspace gives you admin control and keeps business data out of model training by default. We help you decide which plan fits, and how to move people across.

Do you build custom GPTs for us?

In the rollout and advanced courses we build them with your team, so your people can maintain them afterwards.

What if we already use Microsoft 365?

Many businesses use both. We will give you a straight comparison with Copilot for your situation. The choice is yours.
